Straw yellow in colour with golden reflections, inviting nose full of white flowers, exotic fruit, and citrus fruits. The mouth is full, pleasantly fresh and flowing. It gives a mineral, long and balanced finish.

Mashing and alcoholic fermentation: After a few hours, the must is decanted. The decanted must is ready for alcoholic fermentation which is carried out at 16°C. Refinement: Fiano del Molise refines with its own lees for at least 6 months.
